I come from a lineage that never settled for ‘good enough.’
I grew up with a deep sense of discipline and responsibility -- values mirrored in my heritage, the Agojie Amazons of Benin, who lived by the belief that courage, commitment and integrity are not choices, they are obligations.

That spirit is what I bring into development. Over the last 12+ years, it has carried me from fragile peace and security contexts in the Great Lakes to regional trade corridors in Eastern and Southern Africa, from renewable energy and digital innovation to programmes for refugees, women, and youth. Along the way, I have mobilized millions in resources with partners such as the EU, USAID, KOICA, and others, and delivered results that last.
I believe leadership begins with empathy. I put people first, build partnerships that last, and guide progress with vision and integrity. My compass is simple: People and Partnerships for Progress (PP4P).
At every step, I put ideas, collaboration, and resources to work for one goal: Impact - making progress real, inclusive, and sustainable, anchored in our shared roadmap: the Sustainable Development Goals.
